MAD Detection Backup Method and Equipment--Hua San Technology
The member device monitors the status of the interface DOWN or UP of the MAD detection link, and when the interface DOWN of the MAD detection link, the member device sends a MAD detection message to other member devices through a backup link corresponding to the MAD detection link; and when the interface UP of the MAD detection link, the member device sends the MAD detection message to other member devices through the MAD detection link. When the interface DOWN of the MAD detection link is monitored, MAD detection can be performed through the backup link, thereby providing a backup mechanism for the MAD detection link to improve the MAD detection reliability in the IRF network.
