4. Install spotlight and next all the way

5. Open a connection in spotlight,new and fill in the mysql information, as shown below.

Ps: this example takes monitoring the local mysql as an example. If you want to monitor the mysql of the remote server, you need to install the odbc of mysql on the remote server, but spotlight for mysql only supports the mysql-odbc-3.5x version of the driver. This version may not be supported on most of the latest servers, so you need to pay attention to it.
