After announcing the good news, you will be able to run the Docker container in Windows 10 and Windows Server.
this technology uses the Ubuntu Linux operating system as a base host, while the Docker container engine and Hyper-V virtualization technology allow Linux applications to run in Windows.

in a recent blog, Dusting Kirkland also shared tutorials on how to deploy easily, as well as a batch of screenshots of enabling Hyper-V isolation on the Windows operating system to run the Ubuntu container.
you can start the Ubuntu container (with Hyper-V isolation) by typing a few lines of command in Windows Powershell. So far, however, these can only be experienced on Windows 10 and Windows Server machines.
