The first candidate version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 released
although the Visual Studio 2019 event is less than a month away, Microsoft today launched a candidate version of Visual Studio 2019. This means that Microsoft is ready for an official release, and if a major BUG is found some time before the launch, Microsoft may release a second candidate version.
Visual Studio 2019 currently has two channels, Release and Preview. Currently, the new candidate version is released through the Release channel, while the latest version of the Preview channel is Visual Studio 2019 Preview 4. All IDE versions are currently available, so users can get Community, Professional and Enterprise versions, but only Enterprise versions are Preview previews. However, how to continue to use the Enterprise version in RC or Preview, the user needs an Enterprise certificate.
Microsoft also said that future versions of Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise will include Time Travel Debugging. This feature allows you to record the process and replay the execution path, displaying each line of code executed. The company will hold an online launch event for Visual Studio 2019 on April 2.
