The UWP Office three-piece set cannot be installed. Windows 10 S is not affected.
According to foreign media, the three-piece set of Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, can no longer be installed through Microsoft Store (Microsoft Store). The application can still be searched and the product information page can be fully displayed. Clicking "install" will redirect to the "Microsoft account | Services and subscriptions" page and automatically download the Office 365installer.
Click the three-point menu on the right and choose "install on my device", which will not correctly load the device associated with the Microsoft account.
The installed Office suite for UWP can be used normally, OneNote can be installed normally, and it is not affected in Windows 10 S mode. It is not clear why Microsoft made this adjustment.
