IFLYTEK today released its 2019 half-yearly report. According to the financial report, revenue in the first half of 2019 was 4.228 billion yuan, up 31.72 percent over the same period last year; net profit was 189 million yuan, up 45.06 percent over the same period last year; and gross profit was 2.133 billion yuan, up 33.11 percent over the same period last year.

According to the report, in the first half of 2019, the open platform realized business income of 4850 million yuan, an increase of 55.73% over the same period last year; business income of educational products and services reached 979 million yuan, an increase of 48.86% over the same period last year; business income of political and legal business reached 459 million yuan, an increase of 31.58% over the same period last year; and smart hardware realized business revenue of 493 million yuan, an increase of 47.80% over the same period last year.

During the reporting period, To C business achieved an operating income of 1.576 billion, an increase of 45.45% over the same period last year, and a gross profit of 849 million, an increase of 41.92% over the same period last year. To C business accounted for 37.28% of the total revenue and 39.79% of gross profit.
