At my friend's request, he wants to install metasploit on vps, because kali 2.0 is based on debian8, so I suggest he use debian8. But he said that using debian8 to add kali sources, the update gave a 404 Not Found error. So I tried it myself.

Look at the environment first.

Add kali source to/etc/apt/sources.list:
