Data Center Transformation-Network cabling

As the network in the computer room has been running for 7 or 8 years, and the equipment and lines are aging to a certain extent, there will be a certain risk in continuing to run. Now the company has decided to upgrade and transform all the networks. Here is a summary of the whole process of wiring in the transformation process.

0. The number of consumables used is as follows

1. Take a look at all kinds of materials first

① tail fiber

② coupler

③ optical fiber terminal box

④ tail fiber and coupler

What ⑤ looks like after it's on the shelves.

2. Cabling process

① first cloth 12-core 10 gigabit grinding optical fiber, wiring from the wiring slot at the top of the cabinet, this is better, dozens of cabinets will be finished quickly, it should be noted that because the wiring is distributed from the network cabinet to each cabinet, there are many wires out of the network cabinet, which need to be tagged or marked, from that cabinet to that cabinet.

The ② 12-core optical fiber is fixed in the optical fiber terminal box; the tail fiber is unpackaged and fixed with the coupler.

③ strips tail fiber and 12-core fiber, and then melts the fiber.

④ the optical fiber of a terminal box is all melted and fixed in the optical fiber terminal box; this step must be paid attention to the wire is arranged and fixed, so as to prevent the influence of the optical fiber pulling in the future.

After the first few steps of the ⑤, the optical fiber terminal box can be put on the shelf, which is generally fixed in the upper part of the cabinet to facilitate the jumper between the cabinets.

⑥ and other two sides of the optical fiber are all finished and Fluke is used to test the attenuation performance of the optical fiber.
