Responsibilities of different personnel roles in the project

Test team Leader / Manager:

1. Organize testers and developers to participate in requirements review

2. Organize tester parameter test analysis and test case review

3. Review the Bug submitted by the tester. Analyze the Bug database regularly, draw the curve, report the current situation and forecast the trend. Give comments in the test summary report

4. Assign tasks to the test team (how to assign tasks)

Testers:

1. Participate in requirements review with developers (what needs to be done in the review process)

2. Write test analysis documents and test case documents according to requirements.

3. Participate in test analysis and test case review (what needs to be done in test case review)

4. Start testing the system according to the test documentation

5. Submit bug

6. Assist developers to present bug and solve bug

7. Report the test status to the superior (test team leader / manager)

Developers:

1. Participate in the requirements review and understand the requirements

2. After making the development plan, start the development

3. After the development is completed, submit the code to the tester for testing

4. Check the bug management system and deal with bug according to the principle of bug priority

5. Know bug. If you don't understand the description of bug, you should consult the creator of bug.

6. Analyze bug

7. After solving the bug. Label the bug status as fixed.
