Orace expdp filesize compression

Environment description:

Today, from the 4A remote computer copy dmp file, because the file is too large, copy action can not be completed, so filesize specify the output file size, and then compress.

Using tar-czf to compress again, the effect is not obvious.

The compression parameter is specified without the need for tar-czf
