Vulkan is supported using MoltenVK on ­macOS.

­Vulkan support is provided on macOS through MoltenVK, and by using the MoltenVK wrapper, the "winemac" code gets the initial Vulkan support to make the Winemac driver support Vulkan and expose it to Windows programs on top of MoltenVK, because this allows Wine developers to pay more attention to Vulkan support.
