Microsoft launches Language Community: avoid translation embarrassment such as "Please sit down and relax"
There is no doubt that the translation embarrassment of "go back to the previous version", "Don't say we didn't warn you", "Please sit down and relax" and "window 10 Business experience" which appeared in the Windows 10 system has become our after-dinner conversation. After netizens' complaints and media reports, Microsoft recently launched a new Language Community application while correcting these translation embarrassments, inviting users to provide better localized translation of settings and applications in Windows 10.
In fact, users can also vote on translations submitted by other users and select the best and most suitable translators. Microsoft wrote in the app description: "help us make the translation of the Windows system more accurate. Through this software, users can take screenshots of the Windows system that needs translation improvement. Send us translation recommendations, or vote on other recommendations submitted by Windows Insider. Join the Windows Insider project and build a more localized Windows in your language."
as shown in the picture above, after opening the Language Community app, select "Capture Text", then the user clicks any text box in the settings window or application, and then jumps out of the recommendation screen.
