Beit Vision tool Wear testing system

Betway visual tooling wear detection system is an intelligent image recognition system based on video stream, which uses the latest deep learning and big data technology to detect the video picture in real time instead of the human eye. when abnormal behavior of unworn tooling is found in the video screen, the system actively triggers the alarm.

In industrial production and construction, safety has always been an immutable theme, and overalls play an important role in the prevention of safety accidents. Therefore, wearing overalls according to the regulations is a necessary measure for safety in production.

The tooling wear detection system can realize real-time analysis, identification, tracking and alarm of whether people in safety production areas of construction site, petrochemical, electric power and other high-risk industries wear tooling, directly through real-time video analysis and early warning.

Scene application mode of tooling wear detection system

Employee access control linkage

The tooling wear detection system is deployed at the passageway of the construction site combined with the access control system. When the staff want to enter the protective area for work, after the identification of the access control, they need to check whether they are wearing overalls, and if they are not wearing overalls, they cannot open the access control. The staff must wear overalls to open the access control to work in the protection area.

Multi-person inspection at construction site

The tooling wear detection system is deployed in the construction area to monitor whether there are personnel activities in the camera picture in real time; when someone is detected, identify and detect whether the personnel on duty are wearing overalls, and output alarm information if they are not wearing overalls, notify the safety supervisor.
