There are two ways:

I. the first kind

① downloads the "pure database" and installs it, then type "keywords" to search for relevant active ip segments. For example: Hebei and Zhengzhou

② in the search of ip segments, randomly find a few ip segments, copy to the scanner's ip address, where S scanner prevails. Type the port number: 81, the number of threads: 100,500 (depending on your computer's cpu processing power), and SYN scan / TCP scan: TCP scan.

③ will save the search results, remember to save the path

④ opens the "ApacheTomCatCrack" software, adds the user name and password dictionary that he collects or saves to use for cracking, then adds the ip address that has just been scanned, sets the port number, clicks "start", and waits for the cracked account and password.

II. The second kind

① opens the official website of "eyes of Zhong Kui": https://www.zoomeye.org/

② input keyword: "port:81 country:China city:Guangzhou" (format)

③ opens each ip address that appears on the search page to test its connectivity, and if it is intact, it will display an interface for you to enter your user name and password.

④ usually, most of the cracked user names: admin; password: admin/123456/888888, etc.; first try two, if not, then save it in the text, one line can only be one ip.

⑤ repeats the ④ in method 1, and imports the results into the cracking software to crack the password.

Finally, open the cracked ip address (format: "http://123.123.56.4:81"), and then obtain it by the above two methods

By entering your account number and password, you can open the surveillance video of any country in the world.

Note: the required software can be downloaded in the attachment below; at the same time, you need to remind the downloader that the software does not guarantee whether it is toxic or not, it is recommended to run in a virtual machine or shadow system.
