nmcli connection add con-name bond0 ifname bond0 type bond mode active-backup ip 4 172.25.254.101/24

ifconfig

ping 172.25.254.101

Second shell

cat /proc/net/bonding/bond0

Third shell

nmcli connection add con-name eth0 ifname eth0 type bond-slave master bond0

nmcli connection add con-name eth2 ifname eth2 type bond-slave master bond0

Input: ifconfig eth0 down

ifconfig eth0 up

ifconfig eth2 down

ifconfig eth2 up
