Southern theater: composed of two provinces, Guangdong and Fujian respectively.

The western war zone can be described as multi-point flowering. Shaanxi, Sichuan, Hubei and Guizhou provinces are actively laying out integrated circuit industries. Xi'an High-tech Zone, Chengdu High-tech Zone and Wuhan Donghu District are full of large chip design enterprises. The reason why Guizhou is mentioned is naturally because of Qualcomm's presence and the subsequent Lianxin.
