OU,OU is an abbreviation for Organizational Unit. An organizational unit is a container into which users, groups, computers, and organizational units can be placed. Is the minimum scope or unit that can assign group policy settings or delegate administrative permissions.

Click "start"-"Windows Management tools"-"Active Directory users and computers", open "Active Directory users and computers", right-click "contoso.com" domain-"New"-"organizational Unit", or click the "New organizational Unit" button in the toolbar to create a new organizational unit.

New user

The user is called User, which is the account used to log in to the computer in the domain

Right-click the "Client User" organizational unit-"New"-"user", or click the "New user" button in the toolbar to create a new user.

Fill in the user information according to your needs, and click "next"

Set the user password and click "next"
