Configure Excange 2010 casarray to bind to the database to solve the problem of user access location

I have encountered a demand, the user wants the enterprise to divide the internal network and the external network, the internal belongs to research and development, the external belongs to the mailbox that can communicate with the Internet normally, and needs to be implemented on a set of mail system. Here I use the solution of binding Exchange2010 casarray to database and dividing internal and external databases.
