How to solve the problem of showing unread messages in Outlook
Introduction to Outlook
Outlook (full name: Microsoft OfficeOutlook) is a personal information management system software produced by Microsoft.

Problem description
There are several unread messages in the Outlook mailbox inbox, but all of them have been read on closer inspection.
Solution idea
This may be caused by setting the number of unread messages shown in the default Outlook mailbox inbox to display all messages.
Changing back to the default settings will solve the problem.
Operation steps
Right-click Inbox > Properties:
General > check Show number of unread items:
