The virtual machine cannot start after the China Azure subscription is recharged

Last year, my Azure subscription was disabled due to running out of balance. After recharging, an error was reported when restarting the virtual machine. It could not be started. The error message showed that the subscription was disabled. View subscription status, available displayed

Thinking it was IE cache problem, close IE, log in again, start virtual machine, problem still exists. Change Firefox, Chrome and other browsers, use traceless mode can not solve. Contact Century Internet after-sales technical support, was told that the subscription status is normal, let me replace a computer to try whether it can start normally, and then the problem still exists. Check my subscription and the subscription in virtual machine resources, and find that the subscription status of these two places is inconsistent, as shown in the following two figures

Suspected to be caused by non-synchronization, but after-sales technical support to resynchronize. After the post-sale reply resynchronized, I tried to start the virtual machine, but it still wouldn't start. Then, start the virtual machine with the azure powershell command Start-AzureVM and find that it can start normally.

However, after startup, it is found that the subscription status in this position in the figure below is still disabled, which may be a bug. Feedback this phenomenon to Century Internet after-sales technical support.

Through the handling of this problem, it can be seen that Azure portal and powershell should perform related management operations through different "interfaces". PowerShell can do more.
