This task is to complete the installation of Microsoft Teams Windows desktop application client, initiate group chat, and use auxiliary applications, such as news applications, to expand chat resources.

Download and install the Microsoft Teams desktop application

Log in to Office 365, enter the Teams app, click "get App" on the navigation bar on the left, and click "run" in the pop-up dialog box at the bottom of Edge.

Wait for the automatic installation of Microsoft Teams to complete, and the login prompt appears.

Log in to the Microsoft Teams Windows desktop application client

In the login interface, enter the login information of the user "Tang Sanzang":

Tangsanzang@yourtenantname.onmicrosoft.com

Click "Login", follow the prompt "enter password" Pa$$w0rd, and click the "Login" button.

In the function display wizard, click the close button in the upper right corner to enter Microsoft Teams.

Third, check the missed chat records

The chat button on the left navigation bar shows a red dot and indicates the number of missed messages.

Click "chat" to view the previous message sent by "Sun WuKong".

4. Initiate group chat

Click the "start a new private conversation here" tablet button at the top of the page, then manually fill in "to:" sunwukong in the right window, and select "Sun WuKong" according to the prompts; before continuing to type zhuwuneng, follow the prompts to select "Pig Wuneng". Press enter to form a group chat.

Send messages to the group

Enter "Thank you guys for your hard work!" in the input box of "Type New message". Press enter or click the send button in the lower right corner to complete the sending of the group message

VI. Share news with groups

Click "…" at the bottom of the "type new message" entry box. " Icon, select "News" in the recommended application.

In the pop-up News installation window, click install.

Click "Open" in the "News is currently available for you" dialog box.

Click the "b" icon at the bottom of the message entry box, type "Microsoft" in the search bar of the pop-up page, press enter, click the first news item in the search results, and add the news summary to the group conversation.

Then type "Microsoft has big news!" Press enter or click the send button in the lower right corner to send the news message to the group.

Receive and view group chat messages

Log in to Office 365 as "Sun WuKong" in the Edge browser, enter the Teams app, click the "chat" button in the left navigation bar, and click on the group chat of "Tang Sanzang and Zhu Wuneng" in the "recent" message bar.

Check the previous messages sent by Tang Sanzang, click the news summary to view the relevant news content.
