In the early hours of this morning, in addition to iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 developer preview version Beta 1, Apple released an emergency update of Xcode 11.2.1 for developers. Xcode is a tool for developing iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS applications. This update comes only a week before the release of Xcode 11.2.

Apple says applications that use UITextView may crash when earlier versions of iOS, iPadOS or tvOS are running. The latest Xcode 11.2.1 solves this problem.

Developers who encounter this problem should update Xcode as soon as possible. The new version is currently available on the Apple Developer website and will be available on Mac App Store soon.
