The Windows command failed to run the error message: is not recognized as an internal
It was found that the bat file could not be successfully run manually, so open CMD verification and enter the following error command prompt:
"command" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
And found that any CMD command was not recognized.
Reason: there is a problem with the setting of the computer user environment, please modify it at the following location:
Right-click My Computer- > Properties- > Advanced-> Environment Variables-> Path
Add: SystemRoot%\ system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\ System32\ Wbem at the beginning
