Solution:

1. Open the PHP.ini file and find max_file_uploads. If it does not exist, establish a max_file_uploads under; File Uploads;. If it exists, you can modify it normally.

2. Modify as follows:

Max_file_uploads=100

3. After setting up, save php.ini and restart the server.
