Then run repadmin / showrepl on the existing DC through windows powershell (CMD administrator mode) to get
Run repadmin / options [YourServerName]-disable_inbound_repl
Repadmin / options [YourServerName]-disable_outbound_repl two commands. After you remove the disable repl option, you can enable outbound assistance.
Run the prerequisite check again on the newly created BDC, and it passes.
