The solution to the non-existence of Fiddler2 certificate
1. Remove all files in the C:\ Users\ Administrator\ AppData\ Roaming\ Microsoft\ Crypto\ RSA directory
2. OPtion--HTTPS-- the Engine of DefaultCertficateProvider is changed to MakeCert mode.
3 、 Reset All Certficate
