Some customer hosts have normal remote desktops, and some customer hosts have the following symptoms:

Allow the connected client to connect to the server, and then restart the remote desktop service:
Execute the following command on the client that cannot connect, and restart.
Netsh winsock reset
Do the following to close the remote Desktop client and reopen the remote Desktop client to connect successfully.
