A solution to the failure to install the official Win7 print driver
The current company uses HP M1130 integrated printer with network function, and also uses the driver in the included driver disk. In several other Win7 and XP computers can be installed on the driver, only the front desk Win7 computer, installed to select the printer address there, the next step, the prompt printer is not connected to the prompt.
First I tried it and found that the printer was fine, so the problem was on the computer at the front desk.
Check the local IP, and the printer is in the 192.168.2.X segment, and the computer can search for the printer, indicating that the IP address is no problem.
Well, it's possible that a computer service about printing isn't on. So go to the hardware and sound in the control panel and find the device and printer options.
As shown in the figure, after clicking Add Printer, it appears that the local print spooler service is not running. Well, that's why. Based on this clue, let's solve the problem below:
As shown in the figure, in Computer-Administration-Services-print splooper, change Start to Automatic and start the service.
Next install the HP M1130 driver again, once through. Problem solved.
