Lync server 2010 replication status failure issu

Problem description:

Failed to copy the central management storage of Lync server 2010 (forgot the screenshot of the original image, use one online), as shown below

This problem causes lync 2010 to be unable to synchronize the address book, and after the coexistence of lync 2010 and 2013, users in both pools cannot properly IM, conference, update status, and so on

Solution:

A check of the lync 2010 front-end server found that the RtcReplicaRoot folder of the lync 2010 front-end server was encrypted by a virus and could not be used properly.

At this point, because the CMS information is stored in the database XDS database, it contains topology information, configuration information, and some policy configuration information. My SQL data is not affected, so I don't need to recreate the CMS. The Lync shared storage folder is used to store CMS information, and each server in the Lync environment uses the RtcReplicaRoot folder to synchronize information with the CMS host.

So now, all I need to do is rebuild the RtcReplicaRoot folder, as follows:

Stop the three related services on the Lync server:

Lync Server Master Replicator Agent (MASTER)

Lync Server File Transfer Agent (FTA)

Lync Server Replica Replicator Agent (REPLICA) delete the RtcReplicaRoot folder; rerun the above three services, and we will see that the RtcReplicaRoot folder has been rebuilt. To check the permissions of the folder, we need to manually add the local "RTC Local Config Replicator" group user and grant Full control permission. Run "Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplication" and "Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus" in Lync Management Shell to see the synchronization status.

Note: this synchronization process may take about 3 minutes.
