Outlook2013 troubleshooting for MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) applications

Outlook2013 cannot jump out of the MFA verification window

Recently, after importing MFA, it was found that some clients of Outlook2013 could not jump out of the verification window of MFA and could not connect. After troubleshooting, it was found that it was the problem of Office update! For details, please refer to the official instructions:

Solution:

1. Make sure that the following KB is installed. Check that the version of the following file is greater than or equal to the version listed in the following table:

2. Confirm that the following registry content exists with a value of 1. If not, add it manually or add it through GPO script:

"EnableADAL" = dword:00000001
