CentOS 7 implements yum to install the latest php version

Demand:

We usually install a lot of software need to rely on the la/nmp architecture, which is the only php after the use of yum installation default is 5.4.16 version (5.6 version below), not the latest version, resulting in a lot of software can not be used!

Experimental steps: first, uninstall the php5.x version (if installed) 1. View the system php version number

Yum remove php*-y

Update the yum source

Rpm-Uvh https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm

Rpm-Uvh https://mirror.webtatic.com/yum/el7/webtatic-release.rpm

3. Yum installs php7.x series (x stands for php7 series, here is an example)

Yum install php70w-common php70w-fpm php70w-opcache php70w-gd php70w-mysqlnd php70w-mbstring php70w-pecl-redis php70w-pecl-memcached php70w-devel

4. Check the php version number

Php-v
