DELL server installs Server 2008 R2

Due to the need to reinstall the DELL R710 machine to the system, but there is no optical drive, so it can only be installed using a U disk.

Preparatory work:

1. U disk of more than 4G size

2. Download the Server 2008 system (https://msdn.itellyou.cn/)

3. Download the UltraISO (look for it in the download myself. When I upload it, I remind that someone has already uploaded it)

After I downloaded all the above, I began to work on it.

The U disk of the boot disk has been made above, and we will insert the U disk directly into the DELL server.

After boot, in the upper right corner of the display will prompt you to press what key to enter the startup management, my this is R710, the prompt is to press F11.
