Windows opens port 3306
Control Panel → system and secure → Windows Firewall, click "Advanced Settings" in the left menu. Windows 8 Windows Server 2012 use Win+X, search the firewall, and then open it.
Right-click "inbound Rule" and click "New Rule" from the pop-up menu.
Create a new rule
In "the type of rule to be created", click Port, next, select "TCP", click "specific Local Port" and fill in the port number 80.

Click "next", click "allow connection", and then click "next". According to the actual situation and needs of the user, check the options such as domain, dedicated or shared, and finally name this rule.
Once the setup is complete, other computers can successfully access port 80 of your system.
