This KB4522812 update includes the following improvements:

Security updates for Windows virtualization, Windows kernel, Windows peripherals, Microsoft scripting engine, and Windows Server.

After this update, mobile devices running Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise Edition will no longer receive monthly security and feature updates.

The last release of Windows 10Mobile was v1709 in October 2017, and the last "important" phone with Windows 10Mobile was the HP Elite x3, which was released in September 2016. Microsoft has long abandoned its mobile operating system, has no plans to restore it, and even Microsoft Duo, a dual-screen device, will run Android. With the official withdrawal of Windows 10Mobile from history, the mobile operating system market has become completely dominated by iOS and Android.
