When a file, or a file under a directory, is opened by some programs, and you want to delete the file or directory instead of deleting it, you can easily delete it using this script.
Download the Handle.zip file https://docs.microsoft.com/zh-cn/sysinternals/downloads/handle
Decompress it to anywhere.
