If you are installing the Win10 20H1/20H2 version of Win10, you can disable the Bing web search feature of Win10 search by modifying the registry. Here are the steps.

First of all, open the system registry, which can be found directly through search.

After that, go directly through the address bar to the following path:

Computer\ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ SOFTWARE\ Policies\ Microsoft\ Windows\

Next, right-click the outgoing shortcut menu in the folder aimed at Windows, and select "New item", as shown in the following figure.

Then name the new item "Explorer".

Then right-click Explorer and select "New DWORD32 bit value".

Rename the newly created DWORD32 bit value to "DisableSearchBoxSuggestions"

Finally, change the content of this key value to "1" to disable Win10 web search, and set to "0" to enable Win10 web search feature.

Restart the system and the changes will take effect. From now on, using Win10's system to search will only find local results, and will not let Bing gild the lily.
