Windows server 2008 DC and DNS separate device

1. Make sure that the network between DC and DNS is smooth, and point the DNS in the server's network connection to the DNS server address.

two。 Install DNS in the DNS server.  

(1).   start menu-Server Manager-role-add role-Select "DNS Service" in the add role wizard

Server, and then click next to install DNS.

(2) then open the dns server, create a new forward lookup domain, and create a new main area. At the same time, be sure to check allow dynamic updates. At the same time, the new domain name has the same name as the DC domain name.

(3) create a new host and point to yourself.

(4) modify the SOA (initial authorization authority) record to point to the dns itself

(5) modify NS (name server) and point to yourself

(6) start installing DC

3. Install DC in the DC server

(1) enter dcpromo while running

(2) build a new domain in the new station forest

(3) create a new domain name, which must be the same as dns domain name

(4) Note "do not select dns in other server selections"

4. After the installation is complete, check to see if dns has obtained the directory of DC

5. Just verify that the machine enters the domain.
