Putty

Bottom line: simple, PuTTY is a Telnet, SSH, rlogin, pure TCP and serial interface connection software.

OpenSSH-for-Windows

OpenSSH is a free and open source implementation of the SSH (Secure SHell) protocol. The SSH protocol family can be used for remote control or for transferring files between computers. The traditional ways to achieve this function, such as telnet (Terminal Emulation Protocol), rcp ftp, rlogin, rsh are extremely insecure, and will use plaintext to transmit passwords.

Xshell4.0

Xshell is my favorite, a powerful security terminal emulation software that supports SSH1, SSH2, and TELNET protocols on the Microsoft Windows platform. The new version 6 has a limit on the number of tags, so upgrading is not recommended.
