Exchange restricts specified users from sending messages to specified distribution groups
Students have a need to restrict specified users from sending mail to the specified distribution group * *
After testing, you can use the RejectMessagesFrom item to set up the distribution group, followed by a mailbox account!

After setting up according to the figure below, users who use restrictions send messages to the distribution group and receive an email with no permissions.
