XenDesktop7.15CU3 File Redirect Bug

Recently deployed a desktop project using XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR CU3 release, encountered "appdata" folder redirection when doing file redirection, and repeatedly checked the configuration without any problems.

Later, the reply received by opening the case is "probably caused by a related design change of CU3de UPM. The change makes appdata/roaming change the name from application data to appdata/roaming when the redirected UNC path is created, and the function of Create DirectoryAPIWrapper () does not support the structure of redundant first-level directories when calling Create Directory () directly."

Citrix official has provided a repair patch, the installation method is very simple, directly replace the "upmGpCase.dll" patch under the upm folder.

Alternative path VDA virtual machine "C:\Program Files\Citrix\User Profile Manager"

Restart VM after patch replacement.
