Enterprise environment:
1) AD domain
Domain: Contoso.com
2) Exchange 2010 CU23
Mail domain: abc.com
3) Exchanee 2016 CU11
Mail domain: abc.com
4) Outlook 2010 SP2
5) Outlook 2013 SP1
Question:
1) Exchange 2010 users migrate to 2016
2) Outlook 2010 connects to Exchange 2016 (normal)
3) Outlook 2013 connects to Exchange 2016 (normal)
4) Exchange 2010 and 2010 send and receive normally
5) Exchange 2016 and 2016 send and receive normally
6) Exchange 2010 send 2016 cannot be received
7) Exchange 2016 can be received by 2010.
Solution:
1) View the Exchange 2010 message queue
2) add HOSTS records to Exchange 2010
Add Hosts record
192.168.1.86 Ex201601.contoso.com
3) Test transceiver
Exchange 2010 sent 2016 successfully
