How to create extension field extension fields in Marketing Cloud

First, find the tile entry to create the extension field in Marketing Cloud, and search for the keyword extension:

This will enter the Fiori application "Custom fields" and you can see all the created extension field in the system. Click the + plus button to create a new one:

Maintain technical information about this extension field, such as label, type, length, etc.

Once created, click the button Publish to make sure the field is in the publish state.

The next step is to display the field for a specific UI enable. In the tab UIs and Reports, click the button "Enable Usage" after the corresponding UI record:

The last step is to release this extension field on UI. Click Adapt UI:

Enter Contact UI and click the plus button:

Select the extension field you just created:

Save and publish publish the change, and this extension field is created successfully.
