VMware Workstation creates a virtual machine (take installing CentOS7 as an example)

First, open the virtual machine home page and select New Virtual Machine.

Select Custom (Advanced) and click next.

Third, to set the hardware compatibility of virtual machines, click next.

Choose to install the operating system later, and click next.

5. Select the operating system and version. Here we choose "CentOS 7 64-bit" and click next.

Modify the name of the virtual machine, select the installation location of the virtual machine (it is not recommended to install to disk C), and click next.

7. Set the processor parameters and click next.

Allocate memory to the virtual machine, and click next.

Select the network type and click next.

10. Select the type of Imax O controller, and click next.

Select the disk type and click next.

Select the disk, "create a new virtual disk", and click next.

Specify the disk capacity, store the virtual disk as a single file, and click next.

14. Specify the disk file and click next.

Click Custom hardware, select ISO image file, and click close.

To view the configuration, click finish.
