The solution to the failure of office installation

Office 2010 failed to install. Office 2010 cannot be installed: Office 2007 was originally installed in the system, but when installing Office 2010 Chinese version, it was prompted that the old version had not been deleted and could not be installed. Office 2010 cannot be installed as follows:

Restart the host after manually unloading 2007;

To forcibly uninstall Office 2007, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Press winkey +R, type %windir%/Installer, and enter. Open the installer folder.

2. Right-click on the blank space on the right side of the window to view-details.

3. Go to the Resource Manager menu bar, view, and check the status bar. This allows you to see file details in the status bar at the bottom of Explorer.

4. Click on each MSI in turn and pay attention to the details of the status bar. Find files related to each Office 2007, which may include related components such as word2007.

On each Office 2007 msi, right-click and select Uninstall.

1. Press winkey +R, type services.msc, and enter. Open Server Manager.

2. Find Office Source Engine, right-click and select Stop.

5. Press and hold winkey +R, type %appdata%/microsoft/templates, enter

Delete the Normal.dotm and Normalemail.dotm files.

5. Press winkey +R and enter %appdata%/microsoft/document building blocks to enter folder 2052 or 1033.

Press winkey +R and enter % AllUserprofile %/Application Data/Microsoft/Office/Data Enter

1. In Resource Manager: Tools Menu-Folder Options-View-Advanced Settings, click or check the following:

Check "Show system folder contents"

Uncheck Hide protected OS files

Click Show all files and folders

Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types"

click Apply

Click "Apply to all folders"

Find the root directory of all local hard disks, find the/MSOCache/All Users directory, and enter.

3. Delete all directories containing such words under this directory: 0FF1CE)-
