Office365 sets rules to avoid Display Name Spoof fraud
Today, the Finance Department received several fraudulent e-mails showing that the name (display name) belongs to the big boss, but the real mailbox is wrong, which is obviously spam. Although people will not be so stupid, but just in case, beans still add a rule to Office365 to filter.
The rules are as follows
In order to prevent real emails from being filtered out, I set up all these emails with the same name from the extranet to send me for review first.
Let's test it and ask a colleague to register an email and send it to the company address. This email will be sent to me first. If I Reject it, it will bounce back directly to the sender.
Of course, if it's a real phishing email, just ignore it.
