Domain controller systems in forests must be post-2012 R2

AD forest functional level knowledge is Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher.

The following components must be pre-installed:. Net Framework 4.7.2 or later. Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 Install Remote Administration Tools: Install-WindowsFeature RSAT-ADDS
