EXCHANGE Microsoft recommended mailbox database size
Microsoft recommends that the size of a single mailbox database in exchange should not exceed 200G. If DAG is used, this is recommended as 2TB, and the maximum supported database size is 64TB.
5 mailbox databases are allowed in EXCHANGE server 2016 Standard Edition, while 100 databases are allowed in Enterprise Edition. (maximum quantity should include active and database copies)
