II. Installation operation

1. Right-click to extract jdk_1.7.rar; and double-click to run jdk-7u79-windows-i586 .exe

two。 Click "next" until there is a "change" button, you can change the installation path, and click "next" when the settings are complete.

You can click "close" directly when you reach this interface, or click "next steps".

3. Right-click computer-[Properties]-[Advanced system Settings]-[Environment variables]

4. If you have not installed the Java environment before, click "New" under the system variable. The variable name is JAVA_HOME and the value is C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Java\ jdk1.7.0_79; then click OK. (because I installed jdk in C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Java\ jdk1.7.0_79 file, so take this path as an example)

5. Then find the system variable "Path" and click the "Edit" button. Add; C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Java\ jdk1.7.0_79\ bin; after the variable value. Be sure to separate the variables with a semicolon as you add them. Click [OK]

6. Look for the environment variable named CLASSPATH; if you do not create a new variable named CLASSPATH, the value of the variable is C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Java\ jdk1.7.0_79\ lib\ dt.jar;C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Java\ jdk1.7.0_79\ lib\ tools.jar; and click "OK".

Finally, press win+r to run enter cmd to open the window and type java-version to test whether the Java environment is installed successfully. If you enter the java-version command as shown in the following figure, it proves that the Java environment installation is successful.
