Background: migrate nginx to another winodws machine, which contains SVN and uses https

Problem: after configuring the domain name and ssl of nginx, it is found that the access domain name will access the SVN page by default.

Solution: because https uses port 443, but has been used by SVN, so by default access to SVN, change the port of SVN, configure port 443 to nginx restart successfully

However, the access to SVN needs to be added with ports.
