VMware vSAN6.7 preparation host: CPU, memory, disk-
Provide memory for vSAN
You must set up memory for the host based on the maximum number of devices and disk groups that you want to map to vSAN.
To meet the maximum number of devices and disk groups, 32 GB of memory must be set up for the host for system operation.
"the VMware vSAN maximum configuration represents restrictions that apply to vSAN ESXi hosts, vSAN clusters, vSAN virtual machines, vSAN virtual machine storage policies, and virtual network connections."
